The status of your card will have one of three options:
Automated: You’re all set! We will go ahead and do everything for you from finding a price drop, filing a claim, to getting you your refund.
Semi-Automated: Your bank requires a credit card statement to verify your claim. We will find prices drops for you. Once we file a claim, you will be required to manually upload your credit card statement for each claim. You can automate this process by uploading your credit card account credentials.
Unsupported: Your card has expired or does not have credit card price protection.
Regardless of where you shop and what card you use, you are always protected by over 30+ major retailers for up to 30 days. If you use a price protected card, you extend this protection up to 90 days. Automating your credit card account makes the entire process one-step easier. It prevents the extra step of having to upload your bank statement every time you have a refund waiting for you.
