Credit Card Refunds
Chase and VISA: If Earny submitted a claim on your behalf, your refund will be mailed to you in the form of a check. If you submitted a claim yourself using documents provided by Earny, you will be refunded based on your preferred reimbursement method – either automatically on your debit card or a check in the mail.
To check on the status of your claim or to update your preferred reimbursement method, please visit www.cardbenefitservices.com and do the following.
1. Go to Claims Center --> Manage Claims. You will see the status of each claim on that screen.

3. Preferred Reimbursement Method and then click on edit.
It usually takes 7-10 business days for your check to arrive in the mail.

Citibank: Your refunds will be returned back to your Citibank Price Rewind account or sent via a check in the mail. You can check on the status of your refund here: https://www.citipricerewind.com/. If you’d like to speak to a representative, please contact CITI directly using the phone number on the back of your card.
Mastercard: Your refunds from Mastercard will be mailed to you in the form of a check to the address you provided within the Credit Card Protection tab. You can check on the status of your claim by visiting www.mycardbenefits.com and going to “Check Claim Status”. Please have your claim number and zip code ready when checking the status of the claim.
