Chase/Visa: To check on the status of your claim or to update your preferred reimbursement method, please visit www.cardbenefitservices.com and do the following.
1. Go to Claims Center --> Manage Claims. You will see the status of each claim on that screen.

Citibank: You can check on the status of your refund here: https://www.citipricerewind.com/.

Mastercard: You can check on the status of your claim by visiting www.mycardbenefits.com and going to “Check Claim Status”. Please have your claim number and zip code ready when checking the status of the claim. Claim information can be found in the email that you received from Mastercard when the claim was submitted.
