What is a prepopulated claim?

Earny’s prepopulated claim feature provides you with all of the information necessary to submit a claim for your purchase or late shipment. 

If an item has an eligible prepopulated claim, you will see an Action Requested icon next to the item in your transaction feed. You can submit a pre-populated claim for the following products:

1. Retailer price protection

2. Amazon late shipping protection

Earny will provide you with all the information you need to reach out to the retailer. Not to worry, Earny will do all the hard work so that all you have to do is submit the claim.
