To ensure that you always get money back on eligible purchases, please follow the guidelines below.
- Please read the retailer exclusions in the “Special Conditions” section carefully as not every item qualifies for money back.
- Start your shopping journey through the Shop tab in the Earny app. Items that exist in your cart prior to shopping with Earny may not qualify for money back.
- Please make sure not to leave the web experience or the retailer’s own app (if you have that app installed on your device) at any time. If you do, please start the shopping experience again to ensure you’ll get money back on the purchases you make.
- If you cancel or return an item, you will not get money back for that specific purchase. However, you can simply buy the item again to make sure that you still get your money back.
